Well done Fitz for helping SEQ post a session this month! And on a weekday too!

The flow would have been out of control in the chop, I spent all day on the yellow bullet (84 litre JP Freeride). Believe it or not my nautical mile actually had a gybe in the middle of it...

Did you try going over to Pebble Beach? Gestalt reckons it's pretty flat over there. You might not have had time though.

Great time nebbian. The people in the other states probably don't realise how rough the water at wello is. To be getting the times you and Mort bay mob did is incredible really.
Good on you Fitz. I wondered whether the current would kick up the water there. Seems like from your description it does.

Great effort SEQ Team.

IF you are up some fun fitz we are looking at the bar in Caloundra Tue. Incoming tide and all should be good.

My nautical mile had a tack in it, I didn't try pebble beach as the tide was going out, I thought it might be too shallow. Hey Salty, I might be able to get down to the bar on Tuesday, my body is starting to ache now, I hit the water so hard once today that my spreader bar popped the buckles ouch. Are you out again tomorrow Nebbs

Hey Fitz, busy all tomorrow, might be able to get out next Tuesday.

Uncanny how the wind stops all weekend, then starts back up again as soon as the working week starts again, hey! Gestalt will be fuming...

OK then let's pencil in a ball tearing session next Tuesday. If nothing else let's all get at least one PB on that day

Hey Gestalt,

Good to see you getting your priorities right! I'll be keen to see how that NXS handles 30 knots... of course if you have trouble cracking it you can always borrow the Flow [}:)]

Salty, Maxi and Haggar, Tuesday is looking good, what are the options. GB would be good in a southerly wouldn't it?

yes fitz, gb is good in a southerly. a bit bumpy but if you sit near the bank you'll be flying.

at the KA caloundra wind and surf speed comp the guys were doin 37 knots along there.

on tuesday i may be in b&j mode at VP. low tide is midday and in a southerly when the tide is up it is very bumpy.
