Given the extremely low winter temps, hopefully this translates to some cooler ocean currents. This should take the H a little further ofshore producing NE instead of N.

The 1st day will be 17/9.

Truth be told I'm just trying to get 2 stars on my profile....

Wouldn't you want less stars. The more you have the more rubbish tumbling forth. I aim to stay under 200 by 2010.

Dooh just added another post.

Oh well bla bla bla bla.

So how you'd go Fitz ? Nice sail Mark. I tried an old JV race sail today and found it does'nt like to be overpowered no matter how far you bear away Sailed near the Hornibrooke bridge today, water is very flat but runs are way too short. Also found out where the sand bars were the hard way. Ouch

Sailed in the surf, also found a sand bar after a jump and wacked my shin, not limbing today. Had fun though. No GPS I didn't want to break it

Have you seen the photos of Mandurah estuary.... how freaking flat is that? no wonder they are fast, no chop to deal with. I want a location like that.

I'm thinking of taking up darts or table tennis.... something that is not wind related. I want what the forecasters are on.. 25-30 knots today and we get a gust of 17. Tell them their dreaming

Hopefully the westerlies come back for another 4-5 weeks! Sounds bad, but might ensure we get stronger northerlies.

If I dont see a star soon, I'll stop posting....

All the new Pryde & Starboard stuff arrives in a couple of weeks. Just in time for those northerlies!

Hopefully in a few weeks we can all get together and start posting some good times. Everyone should be ready to go after the long break.

Anyone feel like an early morning raid at VP on Tuesday? We've got to get some runs on the board...

Low tide at 8:30 am, I might be able to get on the water by 7.

Hopefully at least two of youse got wet today... (I'm in Sydeney atm)
