No matter what, just paddle out. Got me a couple of ripper solo sessions with that approach.
When everyone else can't be stuffed because it's too small or too messy, patience and persistence paid off.
did just that ..called it an exercise surf, big paddle about 2 ks and got a couple of mush burgers , nice conditions here early just tiny wind swell .

Back to back days at Torquay Point, pretty solid for Summer. Lots of fun!

First day away from the crowds and some nice head high waves with much fewer people than the past 6 weeks . Happy again 
I didn't go out today and there wasn't too many long boards either but though i would post a couple of Pics as you don't often see it this big.

Got some nice ones today . Only around shoulder high but reasonable shape. Saturday day trippers about with tents but not very crowded as there was a bit of rain and no sun . Looks pretty solid up there Mac

Yeah too big for me so I waited for it to drop some nice longboard waves this morning

No, but I surfed Arra Headland on Tuesday arvo and it was a clean shoulder to head high take off. Nabbed a few to the stick. Only had an hour, but thought I'd say g'day to OB.
Blair's rock, some of the old breezer's would know the place and the story behind the name.
