The rail shape on an inflatable will never be close to those of a rigid board.
And on the video, they do not use straps. Dunno is they have inserts, I can't see the tiny bumps of them.
We will see if the advantages of the general outline of the board compensates the lack of sophisticated rail and hull.
From the early report from the team, the compromise seems to be worth it...
