It basicly '' what the customer wanted''.
Granted, it can would also work equally as well as a single/ trifin .
We have also designed 45 L and 55L as well for older kids, in either ployester or epoxy construction.
The flexablity of Custom/Production on both size and construction is the key to best fitting all growing kids needs, as their sailing progresses

Of all the customers you would think that one would have some knowledge of kids windsurfing(they sure claim too).

And are you going to let the guys discussing quads in the other thread know that it works equally well as a single/trifin or is this different for adult boards?

There is one thing kids do best, and that is sail into the beach using the fins as brakes.. Duno about those frail looking fin plugs!

4 fins and back foot not in the strap -welcome to the world of catapult

On a positive note he should have the muscle memory for the loop down pat

Can't help wondering if this kind of unsubstantiated ambition is also driving the adults who are buying quad fins (and how much they are slowing down their own progress and limiting their all round performance) ...

Kids..what you talking about barn...that's me all the time, now i've just got 4 to stop with ^_^

I wouldn't trade my quad for anything Akim, no way i'd use one for flat water blasting or freestyle but in the waves I rate it. I'm of the opinion you can't have one board that does everything which is what a lot of people seem to want in a wave board, it's not going to happen. I ride my 99L joker for freestyle and when there is no surf, quad when there are wind/waves, covered for almost everything. I have another 3 boards in the garage but the quad and the joker combo have made the rest of them irrelevant.

The reverse phycology isn't going to work on me. There is no way I would swap one of my boards for one of yours.

It's been a lot of years since I have had a Mistral and I used to love them.

Ebay 13 aug -- 2011 joker $785 and no-one bid on it

OK , on Barney's recommendation I'll take it for a spin and perhaps we can work out a trade on one of my older boards

I hope there is no wind this week Barn so you don't rush finishing it. Looking forward to seeing it,preferably in action.

That's a sh!tbox AB+ with a mistral sticker..

Mistral are kaput, 2009 was the last of them.. Mark Nelson and Brawzinho designed Jokers where the bomb, I had the 08 92L, but gave it to a kid in Brazil for a nights supply of Mojitos, totally worth it at the time...

My mate Max had a few of the AB+ jokers given to him and he gave them back..

Anyway here is the Promo vid with the CJW Joker, (I uploaded it as I couldn't find it, and it's the best windsurf movie ever given away for free by a company about to go under!)
