Tony it was quite west with only a slight hint of south somtimes towards the end of the session. Tide was perfect with plenty of rainbows between squalls, one of which provided a white out with hail and low visibility down to 20m. It flattened the whole fleet, way too much for my 6.6 as treked back up the short run.
Starting from the east bank was the norm but it was a fairly short 10sec run after you got to the sw bank. Started on the 137L mistral and 37 ka SL and 6.6 Koncept with a 37 pk, couple of runs on the mistral47 with a 43pk.
So good day to stay at home and let your body heal Tonster.
hey Spotty,
sounds like typical Spring time Sandy. Still sounds like a bit of fun. Looking like I'm gonna need plenty more "healing time". The thumb is getting some movement back but the wrist is struggling. Now, after 6 weeks they are talking of an operation... I seriously hope not but I'll do whatver gets me back to work and on the water as quick as possible. Bit of luck it will just come good all by its self. For now I'll just watch the results roll in.... :(
