Woke up this morning, did my two lower back stretches in bed, and then got up and lower back felt perfectly normal! What a relief
So from here on out, yoga stretches every day, yoga class once a week, and use my abs even when seated upright in a chair. Do not want lower back problems again. And remember chairs and recliners can affect your lower back.
Here is a another good stretch for the lower back, I had my hips rotated forward as pointed out in the video before my problems started.
