We also teach that two lines are either parallel or cross in one point BUT only on a flat surface.
On a sphere, two parallel lines cross in two spots
That is what we teach our children.
They know from the beginning that our Planet is a sphere too. They can take Cosmic Perspective from Childhood.
They will never limit themselves to within a box.
If you are living on a sphere (figuratively and/or literally), you can never be cornered.
You will never end up in a corner.
BUT Human, given a sphere wants to be inside.

There is another perspective why we do not completely blame Humans on Seabreeze for their Behavior.
