It's been a 'fairly surfed out, bro' week. And such lovely weather to boot.
Happy days, eh brothers?!

A few hours of knee to waist high waves but OMG it was cold. It really zapped my energy levels to a point the rest of the day was spent under a blanket on the couch

Ive got a decent wet suit, just would have liked a hood, boots and gloves..Oh and i do think I'm getting old..

Fun little waves, just me, my boy and another local grom..

Remember it only records waves over a particular speed and distance..

I remember a few cracking sessions around this time a few years ago JB, sand movement has been late in the last couple of winters though.

More like late Winter/Early Spring.

lol yeah I was glad I'd bought a new wettie. Saw a few crew literally shivering while I talked to them. But then again, 5 out of the 6 people I talked to had just got back from Indo some time in the last 2 weeks which is about when the temp stepped down another notch....I wasn't toasty, but I wasn't cold either...& waves although hung over from yesterday had a lil bit of size still

Weekend is showing potential sat is bit bigger but wind may be problematic it does however look ok for a couple of novelty waves
Sunday whilst smaller has impressive wind.
there are a few things to consider with the current tide situation, and in light of that Saturday afternoon if the wind stays offshore as its predicted could provide the window of good tide and ok wind coupled with a 2 metre swell.
with all the wind this week and the direction it's being blowing there will be some new banks and a couple of spots checked on the way home through the week have just enough sand showing.
