Yeah I iced it for a while but it was cold last night so I ended up just nailng a few nurofen and a couple of coppers.... And GF wanted to go to the movies so didn't help sitting in a movie theatre, which reminds me.... The movie TED. Is f ing hilarious. I cried, notthroughsadness but laughter
I'm not sure how many of you know but our beaches have copped a battering the past few weeks,many mainly from Burliegh north have 3 meter cliffs from erosion.Tonight on the local news surf report they showed a secret spot miles out to sea and guys towing in on some monsters and they say the swell will start hitting midday tomorrow 3 + meters which is going to course mass destruction.As of last week we had lifeguard towers,stairs and fences all falling into the ocean.Not looking good!
This morning looked good around 7 on the southern points,I spoke to a customer late today from Reunion Islands and he surfed Coolie mid way and snagged one into Kirra,now that is one ride if you know the place.

It was fun mate super clean sliders,the water was wonderful,I must stink or look mean as I paddled out there were 8 sitting on the rocks and all bar one moved wide after my first wave,stayed out for over 2 hours wounderful session oh I love longboarding and just to trim and glide in perfect log conditions
Its that bad here I was forced to share snapper with a 666 er Lacey Lane today
Now that Lacey has a few boards that many of us don't know about and I saw one of them today
Some days are better suited for a 666 and today was one of them
