so you either adapt and get the right board for the wave or stay at home.
I love riding my longboard but not this weekend. does that make me a sinner- no.
if your only going to ride a long board your going to be limited to the waves you can surf.
so except for a few headcases most will surf different boards so I see no problem talking about them TOO.

^^^ except for sups,I honestly cannot see the point in riding one unless there is a problem getting to your feet through injury or some such circumstance, such a high percentage of sup riders have no surf etiquette,snaking waves because they can get into them further out,then paddling past everyone to snivel the next one-shockers.

ive always seen the forum as almost a friendlier general forum with a long board slant

cool Asea,,i also had a nice wave at 5.45 this morning on my 10' Mctavish redline longboard.
is there anywhere on sea breeze i could ask about cross stepping tips.
