Back home now, pity I couldn't stay the extra day as planned, but life is full of disappointments, not so the 3 days I had up there with you people, they were great.

To Lance, thanks for letting us use your place to practice our beer and red wine spilling artwork. Those quaks down at Coffs hospital did a great job on getting you back in shape. I can understand how they managed to make you even more pretty than you were, but how did they manage to make you a better surfer Maybe it's that new board

To Pup, thanks, you're not just a top mate, but the effort you put into showing hospitality is remarkable, none of us go wanting for a good feed when you're on the job. You really make a bloke feel good about being a carnivore, well done.

And a very special thanks to Vanders for pulling out all the stops at the last minute to get down there for a lightning fast visit and putting up with 80Ks all the way from Ballina to Grafton. I'm sure you didn't do it just to brighten up our day with your big beaming smile, or to give us a demonstration of the unequalled glide and cruising ability of that 11ft Munoz. I think you just wanted to be a good bloke.

Let's make sure we do it many many more times, for many many more years to come.

Not a lot of time for surfing of late McH, got some bigger fish to fry for a little bit longer, but it's constantly on my mind, and MR is always around to keep me up to speed with all the latest gossip

Small fun clean waves with a surprisingly small crowd of familiar faces today. Was expecting it to be a bit smaller after the surf check on the way home from a nightshift. But must have been a lull when I first looked. Took down the Whalebone setup as a single fin, real struggle to do floaters & foam rebounds. Won't do that again, the side fins will be back in...still had a lot of fun though, beautiful day, another day in paradise

It was my pleasure Obs, was worth it for the laughs we had over a great feed and some good beverages, also a big thanks to Lance and Pup for their hospitality, let there be many more opportunities to do so.

I'm think the old moles from the Bowlo were absent from this photograph and were perhaps in the back room..
How else to you bunch of fine lads explain that dildo sitting proudly on the end of the table

In Queensland Vanders gets the blame for everything however that Lance looks a little happy with himself.

Cheers Mac I just haven't been out in a while. It's been the worst extended period of crap banks I've seen in a long time. Been out west hiking and some fishing. Keeping busy. Are you back in business ? Last I remember was that you had had a bad run of injuries.

Good on you mate good to hear. Same here the surf has been terrible and the sand had stuffed up the place I enjoy surfing the most. Injury free atm but yes a bad run 10 months out of the water all together.
