Jokes aside and political differences aside. Never good to see anyone sick or get this horrible disease that has killed so many.

Nice of you to say SP, but fear not. Trumps not in aged care due to underlying at risk health conditions such as respiratory or immunity deficiency and he might be a little overweight, but hardly obese.. I will be surprised if he is not back on the campaign trail within 14 days.

Hardly obese He looks like a fat bastard to me

Yeah like those waves in the SW too right lol

Ha ha you saw my pisstake of the entitled down south brethren , got to admit tho there is an element of truth tho, Marg's main, yalls main, southpoint, guillotines, noises, ellensebrook, Moses rock all a bit burgerish despite laying claim to being a grade waves .
there is a few corners I love down there tho but won't mention those .
on trump I saw on the news he is 115kg at 6'3" tall. That actually isn't that fat, I was surprised

He's left the hospital now & like most cases will continue to be monitored in isolation.

They can put out some nice barrels in the right conditions. I've been barreled at all those spots except Guilotines. My most intense barrel was on Yalls left of all places when I was 19. Surfed North Point in the morning & the swell grew heaps through the day, no wind at all. Surfed Yalls after lunch & it seemed like it didn't matter how far you paddled out, a wave would break even further out. I was just paddling wide & catching the ones that came to me. I'd paddled out the furthest distance when this bomb came through about 3 to 4 times overhead. Just took off & bottom turned into a surprisingly huge cavern, sh1tting myself for what was probably only a few seconds but seemed longer. It was my first big barrel

Pretty rare to get a barrel at Yalls especially the left, wonder if it was a north swell
or something?
outside grunters was a favourite on big swells, gets a decent open barrel , remember seeing tony hardy get the most crazy wave there in the 90s

Mighta had some North too it, it was about late March when you often get them...I had the room next door to Tony at the Blue House in the 90's. He was always gone before sunup...yeah Grunters can throw out a barrel haha Didn't have the pleasure of seeing Tony surf there, that would of been good to see

I'm Ok - I have moved my focus from resenting Dan and the restrictions to enjoying myself in spite of them - hence the increase in skateboard activity because I can do that at my house with no one to enforce time restrictions or mask wearing.
He has got us all feeling like criminals for leaving the house, and people who have never been outside in their lives have now decided they need to go to the beach every day, to make it crowded and unpleasant for us all year regulars.
I actually look forward to the crappy weather days because it keeps the crowds away.

Tony was a character eh... heard he in jail or something now which is sad

my fav location in the 90s would have to be cobbles to big rock stretch down there. Great memories, just feels so dam sharky at that spot now tho

One Punch laws......

BR to Cobs, same as it ever-was with a few extra at BR ...Leftys still the big atraction along that stretch & along with S Noisies is the trouble spots...Actually feel heaps unsafer around Moses area....but I guess I'm far from alone surfing previous mentioned spots.

Gotta trip planned West of Esperence for Jan that friends are expressing a lot more concern for.

I saw a news story this morning about SA shark cage diving stopping. THat would be god news at least

A bit from this afternoon's lockdown project on a fairly crappy Melbourne day.
First go involved running over the camera and popping the lense cover off.

Take 2 after repairs.

He may have a level of cool I will struggle to match.
But against my better judgement I may have to try a paddle mount for thr camera.

Tried my own singing and dancing version today.
Tilted the front camera up, mimed and danced to the song I was going to use.
Spent ages on the video.
Here's the usable bit...

Second day of editing, none of the dancing made the cut.
The time it takes to reduce a couple of hours of skating to this astounds me....
