S. Have a look at a wood burning stove
the diesel one are not clean or smell free as one would think
besides it is cultural taswegians burn wood
if you have shore power try ceramic panel heaters. $100 at bunnings
remember winter is coldest time but the opposite to the qld it is also the wettest time so it does rain inside the boat.

I'd actually much prefer a wood burning stove for the ambience and aesthetic but, if they're more efficient, even better!
There just don't seem to be many very small ones available in Oz?
I found an English 'Pipsqueak' on Gumtree, however, it sold before I could grab it

Perhaps I will migrate north each winter? Perhaps I will never make it off the mainland!!

First step is to go down on Wednesday and inspect the VDS. I'm both excited and terrified

Good luck today
It will be very interesting to hear how it went

If anyone thinks they will make money out of trading 2nd hand SV they are dreaming , [ brokers excluded ] eventually it [ Karma ] will catch you .
Most yachts are almost like living things , they need love and to be sailed . Not traded like a goddamn bit****coin

I agree with you.

Airfares down the drain. In light of the weather event in Sydney, pulled the pin. Maybe it's a sign or, as some would have it, karma.
So long misos.

That boat will still be there next week! Still a great boat.

If the flight is cancelled your fare should be refunded.
