Very intresting yacht I wonder what the history behind this one. Lovely fitout although I would prefer a duckboard transom on a yacht this size for the coin spent.

What a joy to behold.
I will have to start buying lottery tickets again.
Cheaper than a mid sized house in a capital city minus the white picket fence, you don't need a lotto ticket to own one.

Hi all
What are the general thoughts on Roberts designs
Regards Don
Depends on construction. Fibreglass Roberts are OK. There was a professionally Canadian built 44 sold here a few years ago that was stunning. Hard to believe it was a Roberts design. Lot of lookers and it went to NZ. Looked through a 'glass Roberts 34 recently and I was impressed with the interior. I think they would be a good cruiser with reasonable sailing performance, not in the same league as the other cruiser/racer 34's like UFO's etc.
I can see more has been spent below decks then above, the sails also show no blue water cruising since rigging,
no duckboard and davits would be a total pain.
Cole 32 in WA is an exceptional buy.

It seems that boats in WA and SA are cheaper than the rest of Aus.
I love your posts Ramona.
Always interesting.
"Thriller".
Like the construction. Might be too thrilling for me to sail!

Looks exactly that, a 'thriller'.
But a '0' too much for me.

Thriller used to be called "Walk on the Wildside" from WA that we discussed on another thread recently

Another exceptional buy.

Someone has a sense of humour with the bow anchor! Apparently there is an Aries as well somewhere.
Not sure what's going on here!

Crushing the competition while racing?
Listed on gumtree for $20, on FB for $20,000.

How's about 'racing and cruising', as you can see the spelling is not that good in the rest of the blurb.
This one for all the dreamers $96000

Nellie Zander has dropped the price 2 grand in the first day! This is the ideal boat for solo circumnavigating Australia for the price of a TopHat!

I'm a fan of the Swanson 36 but this one also looks a good option for single handing.

At 5 tonnes she would be nice and comfy at sea, newish rigging and asking $17k looks an attractive option to me.
Scandinavian built, Baltic 37.
I have been onboard this one, looked like a real sailing machine.

That is good value but I doubt it's that heavy. I reckon more like 4 tons.

That's on my wish list! I could live with the wheel steering. Good ad too with very good photos and a boat that has been tidied up and well presented for sale. Could get rid of the metre on the screen displaying OpenCPN nav programme, that's annoying! Dodger and CQR would have to go.

Mmmm... I think you are right Ramona. The ad says 5T but sailboat data says 3.175T for the same design.
