What farked windsurfing was the multitude of disciplines within the sport. Gradually boards and sails got more and more technical. For example, my mate has about 4 different boards, five sails plus a mast to match each, and about 7 different sized fins, and that's just for his slalom discipline. It is painful watching him rigging up as he ums and ahs over what fin, sail and board to use. That's not even factoring in his wave gear.

The kitesurfing forum on seabreeze is the only section where people just talk absolute BS ( and yes I have contributed to the trolling over the years so I am not judging) the other forums people just talk about the things under the forum title.
