how did you undo the ends of the bar?
Run a bread knife under outer plastic layer. Then place in hot water, the rubber becomes flexable.
Pull the plastic back. The drill out the rivit on each end.
When I put the bar back together, I added an additional two rivits.
You can pull the plastic back by just using a phillips head screw driver underneath and wedging it off. Leave it half wedged off and the once you've put the ends back on slide the plastic back over, it will look like it's stretched, but in about 2mins it will be back to normal again.
Here's mine
I went with a 16 inch set up and still finding it to twitchy.
Best bet whould be 14 inch me thinks

True. Small Hi-Fi X are probably the slowest along with the Fuel. I think Fuel 6m is the slowest small kite I've used.
i agree rowdy. i have a 6m fuel and its suprisingly slow for how small it is. and stable!

hahahahaha Cam Prests bro Nath once cut a bar slightly smaller than that... not sure what it says about the person . I can understand how you did it though, I bet you measured 14 inch just from one end? Easy mistake to make. If you want to make a slightly bigger one I'm sure there's a few people on here with an old slingy bar just laying around the garage (one year they gave out just the bar as warranty, so there should be a few around).
Yeh I cut it. But forgot to add the extra length for the bar ends haha. Should be alright lol
