Iam abit baffled by this new dui charge though and Iam inclined to believe his statement that alcohol did not play a part, because clearly he was impaired the police took him in and tigee is not denying being impaired but saying it was the result of a reaction to prescribed meds.
So why no breath test or drug scrren to know exactly what the case is?
Seriously! One DUI charge and media is about to linch him. So what he had a bit on the side a couple of time, drove pissed once, pretty minor. I'm sure a lot have done a lot more. Same old story,. there only human, just humans that can play sport well. Tiger played sport better than most and did so for a long time. Give the guy a break, let his shag some birds and get pissed, he deserves it a years of dedication.

Apparently He refused the requirement to undergo a breath test, here in Oz that means you get charged as if you were driving full drunk/drug affected and I'd imagine the USA is the same. If refusing a breath test carried a lower penalty than the actual drunk driving charge everyone idiot would just drive pissed and refuse a breath test.
Tiger looks like every other drop kick in his mugshot.
