I was just looking into my crystal ball.
Schools will open in a couple of weeks, (primary) kids will spread Covid, to one another and their teachers, and, one week later, they'll all be closed again and parents will be home looking after sick kids, and get sick themselves.

Oh no! Look out for rising cases of the sniffles!

See, you wait long enough and even the CT nutters get something right. All you had to do was wait for the original strain to go away and then Delta to get displaced with a more benign Omicron variant. Eventually "it's just like a cold" will come true.

I take it all back. I thought CT nutters were crazy, but they are just much more visionary than I.

How about this one;

"Basically you are almost 20 times more likely to be in ICU if you are unvaccinated than if you have been jabbed."

Harrow calculated 3.5 times.

Man, stop editing as you go! It changes when I go to quote something in reply...

Isn't this error of '20 times' based on their mistake with the 0.3% instead of 0.03%? It looks like they divided 0.3% by 0.015% to get 20.

Harrow was right. I did the sums myself and it worked out the same as he and myscreename.

Article claims, "319,118 have not been vaccinated"

Article claims, "93 per cent have had two doses"

Population of NSW is around 8,166,000.

According to a website I just found, in 2016 there are around 465,135 0-4 year olds in NSW

Therefore there are approximately 7,700,865 people in NSW ages 5 and up.

What's 7% of 7,700,865?

How did the article get 319,118?

I accept that you are not a CT person, but a CT person would see this mistake as clear proof of a conspiracy to force people to get vaccinated, and showing how 'they' are doing it.

The rest of us will see a journalist making a mistake with maths, which based on some stories I have read, is only one of many.

I have been listening to that podcast someone posted up a while ago. Its interesting listening, but even then they are doing it as a chatty type episode and I think they even admit that hindsight is 20/20 and when the pandemic started doctors had next to no idea what to do.

All of this is a learning experience and errors will be made and are still being made.

I don't know. You figure it out. Start with an open mind first, do some maths and see what matches up. That's what I am doing.

I didn't write the article, but I am sure if you do enough calculations and guessing you will figure it out, whether they have gotten it right or not.

No, I asked you for the errors, not to sit here and explain them to a child.

Or we could just ask the Swedish.

Or an actual medical professional who'll inform you that child to adult infection rate is lower than the other way around, and it's more likely that the parents will infect each other.

I was just looking into my crystal ball.
In the next couple of weeks, government overreach will continue, propped up by halfwits who refuse to educate themselves, and believe the fear-porn propaganda being laundered by the mainstream media content creators.

"Our data from the CDC suggests that vaccinated people don't carry the virus, don't get sick and that it's not just in clinical trials, but it's also in real world data."
- CDC Director Rochelle Walensky.

Memory Hole: virtually every major health official in the United States has claimed that COVID shots stop the virus
And every single 'public health' pandemic policy is anchored to the idea that COVID shots stop the virus.

Nope.

Now we've established that, what do you think about the studies?

I think that a crazy person has worked out how to use google scholar to summarise journal articles that have a negative title, and then have asked me to donate money to them by a pop-up.

For example, conclusion from one of the articles:

Conclusions: Myocarditis (or pericarditis or myopericarditis) from primary COVID19 infection occurred at a rate as high as 450 per million in young males. Young males infected with the virus are up 6 times more likely to develop myocarditis as those who have received the vaccine.

doesn't really support the headline does it?

Are you dismissing the title and the whole of the 1000 studies based on that one cherry picked conclusion you posted, with no context of the nature of that particular study?

Hey, when you are crazy, you can't afford to differentiate yourself from the other crazies. It's too hard.

Solidarity!

I was listening to a podcast yesterday where they made a comment that they dislike people that stick to their original opinion (whether pro or anti vaccine), despite changing circumstances. Words to the effect of 'changing based on evidence is what Science is'.

...but these quotes are from early in the pandemic, but we are now comparing them against the Omicron spread? Is it not legit to change your opinion when circumstances change?

Yeah, sucks to be mortal. If it's not one thing killing you, it's another.

Meanwhile, pass the smokes and beer, I'm going outside to drive my car and play sports and eat donuts.

I wish someone would do something to keep me safe. Perhaps the government could completely regulate my life, what I do and how I do it.

Yeah, that'd be sweet. I bet I'd live forever then.

Well being that the experimental treatments aren't reducing the viral load in the infected 'vaccinated', and doesn't reduce the amount the 'vaccinated' pass on the virus, as compared to the 'unvaccinated', McClown's restrictions aren't going to do anything useful.

So what is your alternative?

All of the vid, it's only two min long. 1.14 is interesting...

Fascinating as to how effectively the fear of death has been used to focus people's attention on the narrative.

I cannot think of any other experience that is common to every individual who has and will walk this planet other than birth.

Just an integral part of being.

If you spend your life ruminating on how to avoid it you ain't going to be very happy.
