So it's more than just the harness line and hook, it's a fully modular impact vest as well, all made in Italy to order.

I just bit the bullet and ordered the whole setup. Very happy to support a small enterprising business.
My current setup is an impact vest (with failing zipper) and a blue planet reel leash below/underneath, with a nug harness hook in center and on left hip (for toeside) and added weight belt support for back. This setup is so sloppy and I can't wait for this seamless system.
I emailed Wingman about my wish to integrate the reel leash on the back of the vvest and the designer Ronnie quickly replied saying he'd be happy to help with the integration.

1. 600 euro???
2. Can you lay on your board with this hook?
3. How is 89 euro monoline better than $26 Dakine monoline (price for 2)?

1. Not cheap, that's for sure. Paying at least double over purchasing a currently available impact vest, dedicated wing harness and line.

I'm sure this will eventually be manufactured in Asia for a fraction of the price and you will be able to buy for a lower cost. It looks like he may be partnering with Ion.

2. Yes, you can lay on your board and paddle when it is in the chest position. (at least that's the claim). Also, you can hook in while toeside.

3. Good question. Made in Italy with a cool logo I'm not seeing any mono loop options at Dakine. wind.dakine.com/collections/harness-lines

Another vote for Windsurf harness lines 30 inch works for me. I tried the Slingshot harness lines and it get hitting me in the face while pumping. I switched to the Duotone Slick for the boom.

the one from GONG is the best I have used. Thin but stays in shape even when it is windy

The NSI harness can work out of the box with a reel leash, and I added a snap-shackle for my wing leash. Works great and is significantly cheaper than $600EU.

Have you tried hooking in from the chest area? That's the main draw for me. Plus the impact vest integration.
they will be releasing a colab with ion in 2023, so I'm sure the cost will be lower with overseas production.

High hook on the chest is exactly what we all rode in 1983. Boy did that suck. I looked at the wingman, but the high hook told me to stay away.

I just switched from the Vinaka to the Manera Halo for winging. So nice, but not for everyone. More for former windsurfers.

Yeah, but you tried the chest hook with windsurfing...not quite the same as winging. Although I know you are pretty good at loading hard on the wing harness. The wingman does allow for lower position of the hook, but paddling would be a big issue haha.
