That Gyro key is a really cool idea!We have a wing tool that has a Ti coated insert. The tip is also interchangeable by using an FCS/Future tool.It can be thrown in your boardies or hung around your neck. its small but aloos good purchase for tightening and loosening the screws.www.konradboarding.com/product-page/wing-tool

Very cool that's a good option, I'll chuck it on my list!

Only T40 need T45

Oh nice is this rust resistant? My "stainless" Axis tools all rusted.
The Axis stainless products are the screws, not the drivers. The only stainless drivers I know of are Wera.
What tools are people using for their torx screws? (i.e., to put their foils together).
Are you using any tools where you can set the torque level so you don't overtighten them?
Any tools that last better than others?
I use a brushless electric "drill" to spin a screw in/out most of the way.
To torque down or release, I use any decent one-piece Torx driver, and do it by hand.
When my Torx tips are worn, I flat-grind down the tip about 1/2 a mm and they're good to go again.
Any torque measuring tool (including judgement by hand/feel) will be pretty useless unless the threads are sliding freely.
Nickel based anti-sieze is very good for SS on SS threads.
I use the Prestacycle ProTorq Key (in 8nm for Armstrong) a.co/d/5FdwnLr with Makita T30 a.co/d/3DbJmE9 .
The AFS tool looks great. I used something very much like that for hex/Allen bolts. It was a bit too big for foil use though and the allen key I had was an inspiration when I started working on the Gyrokey (but it ended up being quite different, but still has that 3-wing star shape). If the AFS tool is small enough and corrosion-proof, then that's great.
The Gong tool is also interesting. It's a good design for a pocket tool, but maybe not ideal for your day to day assembly and disassembly of the foil. Having the torx keys at one end gives you a lot of torque on them, but you're not going to have a fun time if the screw requires a lot of turns to fasten/unfasten. The foot strap tool has the least torque and I think that's just a recipe for trouble (in my experience, footstraps need to be tightened pretty hard). Definitely thumbs up for something light (Titanium!) and small (it's flat!) that you can carry with you on the water. It's not exactly cheap, so don't lose it!
The best of both worlds is to have the Gong tool with you on the water (and hopefully you never need to use it) and the AFS tool for use on the beach. If the AFS tool is small enough, then that could be your portable tool as well.
I wish we didn't have both T40 and T45 heads on the bolts though, but I guess it's too late for that now...Here's a link for the hex key tool that I used. The listing doesn't say anything, but I have had them for a couple of years and there's no rust on them at all, so I guess they are stainless steel. The tool is just a little wide for comfort for mast track bolts and they didn't have a version with the exact three sizes I needed, so I had two different sizes in my kit: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_onVPVCs
Get yourself a slingshot one lock foil system and never have to use screws, bolts, tools ever again.

But they currently have crap wings and the stabilisers are too large. I have heard they are working on better wings.

Compared to what and which foiling discipline. Bit blanket statement really!
There are multiple different size stabs and aspect ratios to choose from now..The new HA flow front wings just launched and are performing very well and the high modular masts are very stiff.
Ended up getting one of these, so far seems rust resistant. I like it, it's a good tool but not small (larger than palm sized) so you need a decent pocket to put it in if you want to take it onto the water. The upside of it being bigger is that it's not a challenge to torque the bolts up.
Also I learnt after getting this tool that my mast bolts are T45.

Yeah, my "screwless" one-lock only uses 9 screws instead of the 12 on the phantasm system.
Looks great, but you accidentally linked to the CRV ones not the titanium ones you have. The titanium ones are here kparts-watersports.com/en/produit/torx-wrench-t30-t40-t45-titane/
