How good was today? Wahoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a brilliant mid May seabreeze. Fully comfy on the 5.3 and 70ltr evil twin.

I would have loved to try it myself today but it was too windy to waste time on the bigger boards.

Not sailing, but took a couple of pics of Greeny on his SUP from my balcony this morning.
Full digital zoom, (he's approx 700m away) so quality isn't fantastic

Paddle waving

Further along the wave, Mr no face does his JC impersonation

No mate, sorry, I didn't get any more.
I was thinking of walking out to the sandbank, and doing it properly but I was waiting in for a phone call.
That's when I took these, waves were so far apart though, the wait for a good shot was too long to justify the walk.

Quite impressed with this camera's zoom, it's a fuji finepix 5700 10X optical and about 2.5X digital.

Had to use the binoculars to see just who had taken off though, sun was shining right on to the display, and the view finder is low resolution, until after the pic is taken.

If I'd realised miller was the other guy I'd have tried to get him as well.

Well a combination of luck, a bit of planning and all my good karma credit.

I had a go on Benders last Sunday, just inside the reef to see how it felt paddling, think I'll stick to my mini mal for the present.
If you come down on a day that's not so crowded, you may well have me for company.

Great vid!

That board is a multi-function piece of genius - its gunna fill at least 3 holes in the family windsurf/SUP quiver. Even the wife approves on the basis of that viewing!!!!!!

So who's gunna be the Perth dealer (AHD didn't respond to my email inquiry)?

I see AHD have a new longer (9'), higher volume Sea Lion type board on their website - called the Summer Board. Might be the go for heavier types?
