Latest update. Covid put everything on hold! Hoping to get some fitness back soon. Been 4 week forced sabbatical (first week was wind induced). Looking forward to getting back on track soon.

Hope there is a section where you do a whole lot of arm lifts, so you can sheet in your boom a bit more, that way you won't be doing do so many back slapper forwards your so well known for this summer hey!!

Ok, wring on reducing the back slapped forwards Asdmuzak keeps perceiving. Now recovered to the point I was prior to my Covid. Still loving the training regime. Becoming better at tuning it to my strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle.

I will stick with this as I enjoy it more than what I used to do and the outcomes are better for my windsurfing.
