I can see the sales slogan now:

107L... for the guy that hates being with his family. Maximum water time guaranteed.

I think its more that when you have a family - especially young kids and you get a couple of hours of water time - slogan should be more itll get you on the water no matter what its like.

if it looking iffy I load 1 SUP, 1 short board 1 Floaty plod board and fav wave board - and don't look at it for too long - just go out

Bloody hell, buy a 110 litre board and all we get is 25 to 30 knots! Murphy's law strikes again but in a good way!

All good pilchard...
You need two boards...for us heavy weights
Around 100L board 15 to 25knts
Around 80L board 25knts plus
That's my take on boards

I agree. There is no such thing as one board fits all. u need a bigger one that can float you but also fly around in 15-20 then a smaller board for when its constant and 20+ knots. everyone knows nothing beats a small stick in 25+ that does not bounce around and can handle the wind.

I'm finding my 92L thruster pretty good for everything sydney can dish up.
sure its a bit wild in 30K plus, but thats winter, not summer.
put that with 2 sails and its a pretty good setup.
easy to make decisions on what to ride too

Good call. 92 quad 5.1 and 4.5 for me. Only time it has felt too big in sa is 30kt cross off. Handles that much win in onshore no worries though.
