Higher north in Botany Bay was quite disapointing... Big lulls, and the wind lost 20kt between when we packed the car and when we went we finished rigging... Big lulls everywhere except near the runway... Ended up being really flat. Ended up being sunny too, though... 
The ocean was definitely warmer than the rain.

I'll definitely check it out, looks like it could be good for some beginner lessons next summer.
