Also it would be interesting to hear tips from people that have had the experience, personally i find it very hard to control the board with strong winds and deep angles.


Try the Ledge to Lancelin first thats as deep off the wind as you can get with rolling ocean swell.
Murder in light winds.

It maybe better in a NE wind to sail from birubi to nobbies. I just thought that west would make it smooth & push all the swell out to sea. I wouldnt be doing it without a chase boat, lucky me dads got 18ft boat & lives at williamtown about half way.
Next year we should get this happening, dont tell no one just go, see what happens when we pull into nobbies or dicko merewether.
