This weekend

passion for sharing thats what forums are for, if ya dont like them dont read them.
I take my hat off to Sue as she was the only one out on friday after 130pm be it getting slammed at times, but no one else had the Bal.... Tush to go out... Me included.

After seeing the video I can see why people thought I was getting slammed..I was actually whimping out & bailing out but it just looks like a great stack on the video! Closeups would have been amusing as I was throwing the gear one way & I went the other. Landed face first once - almost got winded..
PS - I think woodduck meant 'we' didn't care if I was a whoose..

Unfortunately my camera played up so Leo used his a mobile phone which doesn't have a zoom. The quality isn't good enough to post. Leo can if he wants but I'm just a little blurry speck.
The one time when I was getting close enough to see I chose the moment to eject....I appreciate it as it's a memory of the day..

Lucky bugger..I'm going to miss Canton.There's nowhere like it on the lake for summer sailing - its still a bit choppy near the sand islands and gusty..I want to get some gybing pics before the winter is over as if I'm going to do a decent one it will be at Canton! I won't pull off as good a gybe in the chop..
Well Leo can post them if he wants ( I don't know how) but be warned I'm just a small blurry spec and you'd be best watching them small size..You can't really see how windy it is or even how I'm sailing.
I won't be able to get out this weekend ..I can sail midweek but generally partner things at weekends..b wind..blow during the week as well won't you? [}:)]
