All Australians preferred to wait the new revision and as such, only one has shipped yet and four more will ship this week. I'm about 17 done over 30 in the backlog and it should finally be cleared January the 6th. Then I'll already have more than 15 new to start.
Can we get an update on production please?
Yes, the devices were all done last week but I had to wait for new parts to show up to complete each box. All will be shipped over the next few days. Laurent found a new OSX limitation a few days ago which I'm currently resolving. If you use MacOS primarily, please warn me. If you are attending Lake George in February, please warn me too.
Shipping to Australia proved tricky to say the least. It's now handled by FedEx. There's a few in Australia, a few more leaving today and a few more leaving friday.
Not sure what's happening to ours, it's been at Perth Airport for a couple of days with the same message about being contracted out to authorised carrier.
I'll call when FedEx opens in an hour. "Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" is the last update tracking will give before delivery.
Does Anyone have an update on how this is going ? Will be in the market for a new GPS very soon .
Whilst we are pretty confident the Motion GPS can be approved, it has not been yet, so there is still an element of risk for early adopters. Please keep this in mind and be patient.
decrepit > I called both FedEx Belgium and Australia. The reroute to Lake George was applied in the end but FedEx handed the parcel to TNT which is why the FedEx tracking is stuck. It's at Mt.Gambier now. Send you the TNT tracking code by mail.
