there's a new official release 3.0509 for the apex pro now. description suggests it adresses the aforementioned issues with speedsurfing mode, hopefully containing the last beta's fixes.
Yes, I can confirm that speedsurfing mode on APEX Pro watches is back to working as normal with 3.0509.0.
TBH, I'd almost given up on the issue being resolved after numerous e-mails back and forth over the past 8 months.
Hopefully the VERTIX is also fixed, but nobody took up the offer to try the beta. Fingers crossed...
It's groundhog day... COROS recently released 3.0510.0 for the APEX Pro and VERTIX.
3.0510.0 has the same issue as 3.0508.0 and is therefore unreliable.
