Windsurfing Now is a relatively new magazine. I got a complimentary magazine when I purchased some windsurfing gear about a year ago. I liked it so much, I subscribed to it. Since the magazine is new, I think some windsurfing shops are trying to advertise the magazine by inserting a free copy with your order. I'm in the United States, so I don't know if the magazine is being offered in other countries.
Windsurfing Now, is a Canadian mag. The editor and test editor were with Windsport mag, now sadly gone. It is in its 2nd year , it's available worldwide in its printed version. Four issues per year.

We take out a subscription on good faith that we will actually get a product but when nothing happens for near on 12 months then that is something pretty disappointing and dodgy.

I now subscribe to windsurfing UK on line and read it on my iPad. Not as good as a magazine but still...

Please accept my apologies for this delayed response.
Australian Windsurfer Magazine will come back but it will be as part of another existing magazine.
I'm really sorry that we are unable to produce a dedicated print magazine on the sport. Times are tough at the moment but we will make the best of what we have and do our best.
Our next load of magazines will be out in February.

thanks for the reply to us all, I did email you so I hope you can sort this out. I don't want a subscription to be part of another existing magazine so money back will be fine thanks.
Surely there were no "conditions" on the subscriptions? This wasn't for charity? If people don't get what they paid for aren't they all going to be annoyed? Doesn't everyone need to have money returned? Or have I got this wrong?

I did it , spent the big bucks,
Got a reply that made me kind of happy ,
They sold out of the first printed copy and gave me a free online version,
Next printed copies are mine so they say
I can't quite desribe it , but , printed is the better way of " own time " that computer can't do 
So just an update people, George from Kitemag has so far ignored my 2 requests for a refund for a product he has not supplied. I'm giving him one last chance to respond before I hit the Dept of Fair Trading. Sorry to have to play this out in a public forum but I know a lot of others have been stiffed like this. I will be happy to delete this post if he comes to the party in a prompt manner.
Happy to say George from Kitemag has now sorted my issue out. Sorry I can't delete the above post.
