For Laurie to create an LT forum so their adherents can play in their own sandpit without annoying the rest of us.
Came in to post the same thing. I hardly read the forums anymore coz it's just the same crap polluting every thread.
Can it be so hard to spell out Christmas ?
I thought for the longest time that it was just an clumsy attempt at brevity. ![]()
what do aussies call a garage ?... a shed... it has less syllables. "How are you going today? ".... "Garn?"
Fun fact no 2... it is easier to type xmas than Christmas.... there is no conspiracy here.
Do Mark , Luke and John concour?
fun fact no 2 , because the letter X is used less frequently, Christ , is faster to type, than looking for X.
i think conspiracy, may come from the X-Flies, not Greek X.

Interesting to see this picked up. Ive studied New Testament Greek, and everyone in my degree took whatever shorthand we could get our hands on! Another eg: greek letter 'theta', first letter 'theos' (Greek word for God), use it all the time. Not just an Aussie thing, well established in biblical academic circles.
At any rate, I'm with PC Simpson- rain!!! First for farmers and fires, and second for some water in dams to sail!
