F4 are frantically working on everything to do with wind, water and foils.

Very happy they are working on a board too. Is that something for next year? I wonder if Patrik is bringing new foil designs as well.

Patrik is working on a new foil mast, that will be even thinner. New thinner fuselage as well. For the speed freaks.

I just heard that as well. I hope there is some sort of backward compatibility.

Cool. Good to see distribution of the excellent free fall hook from France! I've been using one for years and a few notes.
I did t have a crash for months after purchase!
I set it too weak and it self released a few times under heavy load
I set it too strong but luckily didn't have a catapult before I realised.
Saved my gear at least once a year!

Video was a prototype. New ones have cutouts. AFAIK.

Are you sure? With that bottom design I don't think it needs cutouts. Maybe that's another way to keep costs down.

Oh, shock horror, that's not stitching it? You mean all those fused, mono-filament, completely-welded seams are just soooo 2025...?
A stitch in time saves nine... had me in stitches...

Have you noticed how huge the tails of Duotone wave boards are? How does such a long tail affect the board's performance?

New gear just in from Simmer, Ordered last Wednesday direct from Sweden and arrived via FedEx today (7 days). I'll rig one tomorrow and let you know my thoughts. Apparently you don't have to get the new masts as the recommended is still the SX10 but why not I say.
looks like I have to wait till Saturday to try them, Usual weather scenario when you get new stuff ??

Unrolled my 5.6 team carbon that I grabbed as part of pre order. Awesome looking sail..Once you've had some time on yours I'd be keen to see if .3m gaps are needed. Was going to get a 5.3 however the YouTube vids say they have a bigger range than std blacktip.
