Hi I am. I used xflr5 as a cfd program, fusi?n 360 for modeling, and a 3d printer to maje the molds... Hard work but very interesting. I'm not yet prepared for a mast but it Will come.

3d printed mold in progress for a 1380 cm2 wing 900 cm span.

200 cm2 stabilizer.

Nice going - that stab looks epic

Look forward to see the front wing and hear how it goes.
What layup are you planning to use?

I built this a couple of years ago as an experiment to see how basic a foil could be and still work.
Took me about 4 hours. It got me up foiling straight away and even kind of carved.
But the performance overall was unspectacular probably due to the lame (guessed) foil section

Built a few wings from scratch, I don't bother now having taken a mould of the wings I want they pop out easily. This one is the Sabfoil 633

Chop strand mat and polyester resin. 8 layers of mould release wax and release agent on the wing prior to laying up the mould.
