Well what a morning we had, got down to LM to find some of the sweetest little 1-2" waves we've seen in a long time, smooth & glassy & not really much of a crowd. Mac had already hit the water & had his FB trimming down the line like a hot knife through butter.
It was however a pretty full on no holes barred morning though, plenty of drop-ins, goat boats & skis all trying to take control. We caught up with Jackson Close & his wife, great couple, Jackson was actually calling mac & I onto waves sacrificing his right away many times.
The redline is a bit worse for wear after an slight altercation resulting in a trip after our session over to Mark @ Board Culture who was kind enough to look after getting the repair sorted. Mark also showed us through the new shop & it's looking great so is the coffee machine!!!
I'm also considering a career change into a foreign relations position.
Asea & chrispy you missed a great 2-1/2 hour session...... 
^^^^^yeh im not so happy bout missing it. yet considering i get to the water everyday and my girl only had today off, i really had no choice but to with the family

Your a good lad Chrispy,yes going for a surf on her only day off would be looking for trouble.
As vanders said,it was a very pleasant surprise to rock up expecting wind blown northerlies,but to be greeted by 2 foot glass the first time in a long time.Jackson
was super cool,no hog if he saw vanders or I swing he let us have it and sitting 10 meters behind us at times he would start to paddle for a wave see us paddling and give us the green light nod. He is heading overseas next week to compete in a quicky comp.
Now to the damaged board,up to vanders if he wants to share the WHOLE story
^^^^^it was a rice eater bailing in front him/or a rice eater paddling straight into his line? well thats the what happened to me when i went with you guys[}:)]
He was dropping on everyone,this time as vanders was paddling back out he just run over him,not a sorry nothing,then later he dropped in on a guy as I was paddling up the wave and lost his board which hit the other guy,so I told him to stop and he was dangerous,he saying no no no with this smug grim until vanders gave it to him,I'll leave the rest to vanders.
