Yesterday as we were at snapper this 12 foot tiger shark was under us and then swam in past LM into the bay 10 meters from the beach it was spotted from the hill and was on the news

Mac I have seen a big mother tiger at dreamtime early one morning swim past roll sideways and swim off there was heaps of dolphins and their calves around at the time

On a hunch, I went to The Alley. It was certainly surfable if you paddled ovr to the north wall, but not too inviting I must say. So I drove down to LM, where I've had a lovely coffee sitting in the back of the bus watching.
I may go out in a wee while, because it looks like it might be alright on the inside and since I'm up and about, unlike some of you tough Queenslanders......

After telling Chrispy not to bother and to stay at home Danielson & I ventured out as we were already there annd not much else to do.
BIG sweep and even Bigger crowd is a good way of describing it. The waves were of a good size to keep most of the longboards away but as it was about the only surfable spot on the Goldie, the crowd was still numerous.
the swell was a bit all over the place and I didn't really get a decent wave but Danielson got 2 smokers. hmmm it used to be me showing him what to do.

Greenmount 8am qld got to Currumbin this morning got 2 waves 20 knot northerly hit good waves though from near the rocks past the mouth to the beach horrible cross chop
I think it will be crap Mac but I am enjoying being back in the water
