www.canyon.com/en-au/mountain-bikes/trail-bikes/spectral/spectral-al-6.0/2230.html?dwvar_2230_pv_rahmenfarbe=BK

i Decided on the spectral 6.0 in XL, it sets up perfectly for what i want. especially for our downhill tracks (I'm retired from Black runs)
my wife would kill me if i didn't kill myself .

one problem. Canyon cant build the order for two months so ill be hanging.
+ i just gave my old MTB to the frenchman up the road.

ive got the Fat but its a ridged and its my beach bike.

Good call Cobra. Yes understand the wife always saying " when did you get that bruise" and "don't kill yourself ".
The best bike is the one you have the most fun on
It's a wait but let some air out those big tyres, put you saddle up fo uphill and drop it low for downhill and/or swap it with Frenchy ???????

i cant do it, its my baby ATM no scratches shinny and bright

i cant indian give Frencchy

problem was, the bike i was going to order was in stock. so i gave the bike to ol mate yesterday and id put a hairline crack in the head tube.
did more research on specs last night & today this suited the tracks i ride and the rating 4 gives me the confidence im not flogging it
especially with a 110kg landing.

Hey Cobra,

Yes understand.

I had ordered canyon Spectral 2018 and date keep going out past 3 months so cancelled and got the YT Jeffsy.
Both are direct sales and awesome bikes.

Wow your local trails are so close. We had some within 7km in native bush next that was so handy for quick ride, the track builders packed a lot of trail into small area but the land owners shut it down and last time parts were overgrown. Otherwise summer we ride clay based tracks in riverhead and winter sand based at woodhill which are 30 & 45 minutes drive.

515 i was talking to the canyon boys in australia yesterday about delivery dates.
And yes the delivery dates on the Web will keep going out as the orders come in.
but once you've placed your order that it, that date is then locked in.

Hey Cobra,
Firstly I struggle when hotter than 25 deg.

You Aussies are lucky to have a regional office, that helps They do some great pricing on older clearance bikes.

When you get it the Spectral with blow your mind on how capable they are

Same, riding on the roads is ****ing sketchy. I gave it up cause I didn't wanna get hit, every time you go out it was dicing with death.

Some drivers can be ****s.

They are all right. Nowhere near as good my Husky te 630 that was fully adventurerised that they are based off. But it's 80% the rider and I'm pretty rubbish.

I'm now an e mtb owner of Trek Rail 7
I used to be a hater until I tried one and they are so much fun
Wicked deal with price drop of 1500.
A couple of mates are getting them so fun times ahead with being able to ride more uphill so more downhill fun

Cool Bananas mate.
what's the difference between the rail and the power fly ?
other than maybe weight components and the long chain stay.

Hey Mac,
Just riding in local park and first test on some trails today.
Loving it so far but yet to get to bike park, hopefully tomorrow but forecast looking really wet
Used it to drop order off at couriers 10k away, get subway for lunch.
Awesome in the traffic where you zoom up the inside bike lane and easy to lock and go into shops.
Try one
