Got a weekend of surf in on the Mid Nth Coast
Swell was a day late, but got there Sunday. Saturday was 2-4ft fun on the LB in the morning and the 6'6 fish in the arvo
Sunday ... new stick got a run ..bloody awesome waves at 4ft to start with and built to 6ft plus.
Had a blast, some suffered ....with a few broken boards... hard paddle out.... and other retreating to the protection the point offered, but in the "open beach" section, bombs were the go!!! ....stoked!

Just go to little mali always a wave there from 6 inches to 6 foot you've just got to have the equipment that suites come with a positive attitude.

PS give it another hour when the tide drops Greenmount looking the go!

There isn't a "Where I didn't surf yesterday" thread so I'll post this link here. Some great pics from around Sydney yesterday when the swell kicked with the mad weather...

Perhaps you should make a formal complaint or find a better source for information, I don't believe whinging in here will help you.

PS I hope you got stuck into Greenmount this afternoon Asea

The photo and clip I posted were of Manly, so maybe not 20 but was bloody large.

Swell graph is below. Came up quickly too. Went from flat on the morning to very solid by lunch.

Walking along tugun late afternoon, you can see one wave break from bilinga to the alley. So straight. Big time gaps between waves. Maybe 3 to 4 ft There were guys out trying but the wave is relentless. Just marches past them. i would imagine south straddie would be solid
