no I'm afraid it was somewhat of a Fizzog .. it was all over just inside the Official's Tent and although Macaha put up a valiant effort to sign up it was not enough to defeat asea who romped to victory in less than 2 Pies

I stopped and looked yesterday not one wave was seen.
Got home after night shift and feeling pretty buggered but I knew there was waves and the wind was right so I headed down to my regular haunt. I was surprised to find it pretty uncrowded. Paddled down the middle of the beach to a bank I'd been out on a bit and got heaps of really nice lefts. It was only waist to shoulder high but clean and really nice shape to it. Rode the 11 footer 
Anyway all the best to all of you here for Christmas. I hope Santa gets you all what you want and have a good new year.

Kirra tucked well away from the swell, my glide board makes a bigger wake than what Asea's Mob ride, all the while the real players are a few points south catching the swell.
