No heat waves here mate . Spoke to my old man in Qld Sunday afternoon he reckons it was around the 40 degree mark with hot dry winds . We had snow showers through north Tassie on Sunday afternoon . Water is noticeably warmer though was pretty warm in the 3/2 on the weekend

Yep this time last year I was pretty much surfed out , day after day of northeast swell . This year it's been all southwest winds - cold and flat .
Surfed a 5 6 twin fin on the weekend - my new favourite board , like a cake of soap though with the gloss finish and not much wax on the deck .Other board is a 5 8single fin - hoping to get it out this week .
