Still not there yet mate,painkillers everyday,still getting pain from what is Hip flexor muscle tears,it could be a few more weeks yet
some take up to 8 weeks to heal, going bonkersMy hernia is only a small one atm but have to see the specialist on the 15th of this month if it's an operation which i'de say it will be I could be out for up to another 6 weeks
