Oooh no waves at all from goldy to Sydney but have a look at the potential swell for next weekend to early next week,perfect timing for a certain point I'll be at on my slow return trip home- fingers crossed. Had a swim at Broadbeach at 4:30 this morning could have surfed a shin high right if I'd taken my mal little rip bowl right not great but surfable- spectacular morning clear clean water
Had swell around the place here - but the wind smashed everything it was so strong , we just shook our heads mate

It's been bad for longer than I can remember
Surfed a few crumbly 2 footers which was kind of fun considering I left my 6 year old sons fins in my board....no drive but good for spins

Amen ...afternoon walk and swim / body surf ..... saluting the beach (oh and some very lovely babes)
Wind has finally turned but still pretty lumpy and not a lot of swell.
Water was damn cold too.
Bit of a topsy turvy surf this morning here - bit hung over from the northerlies and there was a bit of a crouch your arse down speed run thing to get past the close out bits bloody good to get something though yehaaaaaa
Sometimes it's good to look back ... and after a great morning at a better than great spot ,this was good to look back on
Finally, the wind has turned! Swell was small but had a great morning.
I also think reports of sharks have kept the crowds down...
Unreal morning conditions geez it was a nice sunrise - peelers with Lance & Gazza so glassy
