Hows your knee injury going SP?

Yeah good. The meniscus is no problem. Doesn' bother me, as chrispy mentioned above back riding shorter boards and not worried about hitting a lip. Just the timing I need to work on. Came a cropper this morning and wore a board to the back of the head.

beautiful reminder of how good it is to get out there SP mate

Yeah. Massive tides atm. Gotta work them to get the best of it around here.

Hope you get something tomorrow. You reckon you'll remember how to turn?

Sudden spike just didn't marry up with the low tide first thing - it was deadset ugly some places I sussed out & the one I really wanted had everybody there on it pretty quick ... shame there was some size out there
So I opted out & am hoping tomoz it's a bit better behaved

I hope so . I've got an 8 day break coming so fingers crossed. there was two swells yesterday. Was heading out on the boat yesterday morning into a pretty good size north east swell but once we got out a bit further there was south swell from the day before and we were climbing over these big open ocean peaks . Not as big today but still a few head high ones to be had.

Absolute stunning conditions today.Paddle fitness still good due to training but elbow hurt alot, knee clicked and carried on but it was so nice to be catching waves and I didn't make a complete kook of myself, best part was catching up with some of the guys in the line up, you don't know how much I missed that.

Good stuff Mac, nothing beats catching up with friends in the surf. Looking forward to getting back in the water myself. Found a very good chiro that does electro acupuncture that has helped my shoulder heaps.. Hoping to be back in the water soon
