Nice day, cleaned up the yard & went for a bit of a paddle on the 666...caught up with a mate & heard about her recent adventures in Hawaii

I know. I just saw the forecast for the next week. Rubbish rubbish and rubbish. A few little Windows for waves of desperation but it's meant to be endless morning of 3-6 foot offshores and the odd cross shore arvo surf available. I haven't surfed for over a week and, while I will surf on the weekend, it's not looking particularly good for at least seven days.

And the new board can't be far away...what do I need that for?

If you don't have a board to surf when its hits 3 foot you should :

A) Order a new board
B) Order a new board
C) Order a new board

Unless you don't want to go out when its that size in which case you should :

A) Order a new board
B) Order a new board
C) Order a new board

Took the 666 out on the treadmill this morning. Windsurfing would of been a much better idea but unfortunately I don't have my own gear yet.

Have you looked in the WA section of the Windsurf Forum. There is a free stuff thread.
Since kite surfing has grown, second hand windsurf gear is worth nothing
Some really good stuff has been given away lately.

Edit, see you have just been there

Dipped out today. Woke up around midday after nightshift and headed down to find it blown out everywhere. Not good but tomorrow the wind looks better.

Yeah cheers mate, I've been popping in there the last few weeks...just missed a great deal over the weekend on gumtree, $75 for a windsurfer everything included except a harness which I'm not using yet anyway. I'll just keep my eyes out & something will come up sooner than later

More wider on the lower tide but small tides atm so not sure if theres going to be much difference.

Again first half decent wave around for a while.

However with my breaking into longboards I dont mind it being small theses days. It means less crowds.
As long as I can score the odd short board beachie im happy

Out on the 666 again this morning, occasional waist high sets. Bit lumpy bumpy, low to medium tread mill, but a lot of fun after the ankle biters we've had all week
