The zoo was good today,I think the zoo keepers still had the gates closed,not many out at all for some strange reason.
New boards first surf and 4 odd foot of smoking lb waves... A few hours north of home. No crowds . Just had lunch with the gf and friends now going back for more

Just when the wind is not good for up here. Some.nice banks there atm. In fact there are nice banks everywhere. Anywhere I can get a wave I have been going lol

Plan failed. Was rubbish everywhere. The zoo was so small with the usuall amount of knob heads scrambling around so waited a bit to hit Palmy,well that was a total waste of my time. First time I can remember that I went to the beach and not got wet at all.

That sucks Chrispy. I grew up on good beachies on SoCal. Wish they were more consistent here
Not that bad,we have had excellent banks for ages,it was the wind that killed it.
Unlike today. So much fun,not massive but big enough for me. What shocked me was how much power was in it. Had so much fun
We'll farmer Joe made a appearance today, aka Asea. What can is say. Pretty close to perfect. Turned up.and only Mumbles and I on a bank. Pure glaas with head high and few random bigger ones. Drop in,tuck in and get spat out,hey if a kook like me can get tubed like that anyone could.
As the tide dropped the waves did as well and became a bit inconsistent. I'm.still stoked. Was funny seeing farmer Joe huffing and puffing yet that old tomato picker was scoring plenty. One of my most fun days surfing this year. Just because tubes are few and far between yeeeeeeew oh and surfing with mates you can't beat it

At the local Mac. Between Southport Surf club and dreamworld lifeguard towers. I will give that away as there are banks everywhere. The shorty room is a joke. Some really good posters in there,BUT the rest drink semen for good times. Maybe I should sell them some discount saos

Never heard of dreamland lifeguard tower,is it in WA? But all jokes aside sounds like they don't have too many options in the west

I'm a kook but I give advice argh dum oh argh yep I know it all hahaha. Shame because there are some good crew that post in there. Maybe if they spent money on Surf lessons and not internet connections their opinions might become slightly interesting and valid

I'm not a troll. I said your board advice is not valid I think,your as bad as Asea when it comes to boards. You would think you blokes could have found a 100 perfect boards between you. The big man was was riding a mctavish that be sold ages ago and bought it back. Only for the fact he can sell it for more than the piece of **** he just bought and swapped. You blokes are hopeless

,Lacey and Vanders aka rock hopper and also known as the dropin bandit ,some 3.5 hours later feeling a tab buggeredIt was Cruiser day today.
I didn't expect what we found today.Apart from Vanders cutting up the waves he also managed to cut himself up,now that will teach him for being a hungry guttered monster out in the surf
Lacey normally comes out and bags 20 or so waves in 30 minutes and buggers off,today he was out for a solid 2 hours god knows how many waves he gotBoofy was out way earlier than the rest of us and lasted an hour before waving goodbye and catching one in,Boofy I checked your last one mate nice style with the hands behind the back all the way inoh and your looking fit champ.
topic of the day at lm- you guessed it- art. vanders has his newie covered-a sure fire winner even before it's done.
macs a worry. he has a go at my starby carbon cut red stripes with decal.
its a bit hard to take it when he's sitting on a boiled lolly.
over coffee he asks us for ideas then just dismisses anything like 'can do' newman going through the public service.
vanders is surfing good. mac only needs one board i reckon- the cruiser. best i ever seen him surf. that board works.
even a non long boarder can see that.
i love baiting the mct crew, but have to say the cruiser is the sh3t

Surfed with Mac Vanders and Lacey today Lm beautiful conditions got one slider from Lm and nearly stepped off on the rocks at GM just kept reforming each time I contemplated pulling out Stoked Lacey I had to shoot off love the Starby mate definetly the classiest bit of equipment out there today Vanders nice to meet you mate hope you didnt hurt yourself to bad mate A trip to Point Plomer was discussed today I wanna meet Ted
friends coming over tonight slow cooked roast lamb, rolled roast beef, half a dozen mixed reds a huge apple and berry crumble (homemade) a small bottle of dessert wine for after happy days FKN good day
