Hahahahahahaha we had possibly the best waves in two months. 3-4ft glassy lumps

Rising tide slowly killed it....but I'm surfed out and very happy

Plus our banks are coming back yeeeeeoooooooooow

Just back from probably my best surf on the 10 footer ever. Amazing session of 2ft perfection A frames with a few bigger takeoffs occasionally. Long long long rides - it felt like I was on a point break. Heaven. Will be back for another session when I have re-fuelled. Just been cruising the weather maps and models and things are looking promising later in the week - might have to do some pre-planing for a coastal excursion. Its been a long time since I have an opportunity to do one. Fingers crossed the Tasman behaves itself and delivers us some swell for a change.

the one thing I did forget to say was how spooky it was.

4,30 and we have sun, this morning we had an amazing amount of mist that lasted for hours. Was pretty creepy out there at times, cold dirty water and a lot of sea life skimming the surface.....guess it was too spooky for some as all they do is complain there are no waves.

Reports.wrong again. Was very glassy, but barely waist high. Sometimes one would be bigger. Found a nice little shorey that was amusing me for a while. Then five people waded out and sat next to me. ****ing sad really

Arvo surf was choppy but waves were fun and uncrowded

Ok safe to say now but the last few days have been fun at the local beachie, one more week before the kids are free to pack the place out. Blowy as today like Pup says but found a few ok ones a little further N. Was hard to get motivated though after looking at the rainbow bay cam before I left. Were'nt too many out there either a few hours ago, numbers have doubled now but still looks easy to get a wave if you pick the right patch

As said, had some.fun with boofy. Barely breaking but had some.really cool people out with some nice friendly hotties to boot. Was some nice party waves and just a good morning. Did get a wee bit better when boofy left

Got my blank shaped. Then scored some nice chunky waves across the pond. Had some grunt in it. Was far from perfect, but was some.good lumps. Was still getting bigger when we left. Tomorrow will be intresting

Lacey I can lend you some large asher pacey quads if you want. Upright fin with lots of drive, more pivot. than the arc like the am2
