Don't know if it would mean much to you Guys although he was an Aussi . We have lost Bob Davies at age 74 he was the maker of the first Board I ever had , he properly had the biggest market share in the surf industry in NZ in the early to mid 70s . Starting here in Gisborne around 1966 he halled in Bob McTavish to help get started . A true pioneer of NZ surf history gone .

Wow. RIP to a legend. I had several boards of his in my formative years. Big loss.
