Depends what you consider substance.
The things that I value in this forum are humour and camaraderie.
There is plenty of that in these threads. Too much seriousness elsewhere.

Sad is a understatement. it will generally get big when the tide changes......the wind beat it. First time I have been to the beach and just went straight home

i'm happy to do bugger all today. played around with the tomy's for hrs and hit a very windy ck mouth too and it was my run too.

Morning greetings to all who practice wave wizardry , those who seek peak perfection , ones who would like to win Lotto and buy a equatorial island with a wicked permanent wave (complete with pinapples ,mangoes & coconuts , bountiful fish & crays , a cow or two for steak and of course grass skirt girls for retina therapy) ..... not much wave happening according to a grapevine over here sadly but I am at work so maybe it is good .... have a slightly wicked 12 hours worth peoples
