Good morning, it's been a while since I checked in. I'm 6 weeks in to an extended layoff with stress fracture in my back and a bulging/ruptured disk. Just sitting at Alex watching Danileson get a few. You don't appreciate you health until you lose it.

My mindset changed completely after my last big injury. I am so thankful for every single wave I catch. I go out in Surf where most people would drive back home. Blah blah blah
