Morning all very fresh here today,howling wind the GC beaches are about the cop another hammering,peoples backyards are falling in the ocean poor buggers.

Hi Zarb I'm from Shellharbour / Kiama part of the world. Plenty of places around here too but that stretch between Nowra and Batemans bay has more surf options than anywhere in NSW. Come on down.

I just went for a short stroll out the front with the dog.
Most of the houses are 5-8 years old, modern architecture, and it is really surprising how many defects there are... alot of defects regarding poorly treated or untreated timber, and general bad design (in hind sight)...

Anyway, I'm looking up at eaves, etc, and I cop an eye full of BOOBIES from upstairs, but I was simultaneously busted! It was an accident! I pretended I wasn't looking, but after 5-7 seconds, it was hard not to look back!! Blinds had been pulled by this stage!
