I watched that game SMH and was shocked. They looked the real deal at times. You must be excited - could this be their year? This is when the Rabbuts got their push for title last year going. Lots of teams above them are failing and Manly has left its run too late. Maybe the cards are finally falling your way. Hope not though

Geez Ted it would be nice but they've been close before. Been following them since they started but I can only hope that one day they'll do it.

I don't know. Even though the Roosters beat the Dogs a few weeks back the dogs rattled them with some big hits and they lost their way and had 28 points put on them. It's pretty hard to call.

Cowboys looked to be outclassed across the paddock by the Sharkies the other day.

I reckon North Queensalnd blew the biggest opportunity they've ever had to swoop on top spot last week this late in a season - they might regret that one coz now they're in a 3-way ****ight with the Bumnut Layers & Mules

The NRL sent emails out to all clubs last Friday about the refs going hard on shoulder charges from this round onwards. It appears Toovey didn't see his until Saturday.
He explained that it was game day and didn't check emails.

Emails??? mate they changed the rule book..

It's a joke.

They took out a bit about the whiplash effect and made it any forceful contact via a shoulder charge goes straight the judiciary and gets one week.

Joke.

I would love to send an email out that stated that the yellow card would be used as it in union going forward. Would stop most of the crap in an instant. League refs are soft.

Ted i never want to see the card.

mate i laugh my arse off watching soccer or union.

the ref stands there sucking in the atmosphere waits then goes searching into the pocket.

the crowd growls, then with the hand of a gun fighter the ref whips out a card.

the crowd cheers and boos, the player stands pleading with the ref or stands with hand on hips giving lip back

or sadly flops on ground with hands over his face.

no thanks.

The way I see it You either finish top four in good form and a chance to win it or you never were a chance And you end down the bottom of the eighth and probably in shi form.

I reckon it is a good run in for you.

geez its a good comp, lots of teams could win it if they get some momentum into the finals...
